You can also answer a call by pressing the line key associated with the ringing line. If you have a call on hold, you can answer the new call by pressing the Answer button. To transfer a call, you can use the following methods⁚ Press the Transfer button during an active call, then dial the number of the person you want to transfer the call to. Press the Transfer button again to complete the transfer. You can also use the Transfer button to transfer a call to another line on your phone. Press the Transfer button, select the line you want to transfer the call to, and then press the Transfer button again to complete the transfer. If you want to consult with the person you are transferring the call to before completing the transfer, you can press the Transfer button and then press the Hold button. This will put the call on hold and allow you to dial the number of the person you want to consult with.
Voicemail
To access your voicemail, press the Voicemail button on your phone. You will then be prompted to enter your voicemail password. Once you have entered your password, you will be able to access your voicemail messages.
